Recommend it for solo travelers
Staff was super friendly, always quick to help! I felt right at home when I was there, like family, especially with the reception girls, one of them even had a gold tooth, I wish I remembered her name!
Prices weren't cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety.
The room was uncomfortably dark. Despite asking for more light, the service stated it was by design. I faced noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, made it hard to relax. The bathroom had some maintenance issues that were not addressed, leaving me frustrated with the overall experience.

Well-mannered staff at the reception desk, and facilities were really nice here. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, at a walking distance from Qasr al Hosn Exhibition. You could walk to a shopping street and local markets.
The area was not great.

We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the sun terrace. The super nice team and friendly. Don't miss the breakfast. It's a great start to your day. Highly recommend this spot for a fun group vacation.
One downside was the Wi-Fi connection. It wasn't very reliable , hard to stay connected.

Very good staff and location - they offered a really great stay in a well located hotel. It was value for money in contrast to other hotels. The breakfast included slices of fresh bread, butter and jam for everyone.

Absolutley appalled by this 4-star hotel! Only one towel for two people, really? And a mini bar that was empty, seriously? I expected a comp upgrade due to their many shortcomings, but of course, that woudl ve been too much to ask. Prettty room, but not worth the hassle. I just couldn't give a good review.
